Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the device for any reason. Warranty coverage lasts 12 months from the date of delivery and is provided by Backed Buy. To initiate a return, refund, or warranty claim, customers must contact help@backedbuy.com with their order number and issue description.
